Practical Controls to Stay in Control

These controls are available in your account under Restrictions or a similar section. They are designed to help you set and maintain limits on gambling activity:

  • Deposit limits: Set a Daily Deposit Limit in your profile under Restrictions. Once established, the limit cannot be increased for seven (7) days.
  • Cooling-off and breaks: You may apply a temporary pause by selecting a Break period of one day, three days, one week, one month, or one year. After selecting a break, access to the account will be restricted for the chosen period.
  • Self-exclusion: You may initiate Self-exclusion to block access to your account and to remove marketing communications. If you self-exclude, you will not be able to log in or withdraw funds until the exclusion period ends. To withdraw any remaining balance during self-exclusion, contact Support to arrange a withdrawal after the exclusion is lifted or during the process as per policy.
