Self-Exclusion and Time-Out Policy
777rt provides structured safeguards for players to manage betting activity. This policy covers Time-Out, Self-Exclusion, and related financial protection measures. It applies to all products and services offered by 777rt and to every account registered under the user's identity.
Time-Out
A Time-Out is a short term interruption from play. Once initiated, the user may not deposit, withdraw, place bets or access any 777rt products for the duration selected in the Time-Out options in the account profile. Example periods include 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days. A Time-Out can be revoked only after a minimum of 24 hours from the initial request. Upon expiry, access to the account and activity resumes automatically.
Self-Exclusion
Self-Exclusion constitutes a longer unavailability of the account. To initiate, submit a request by electronic notice to 777rt; the account enters a 24 hour cooling off period during which no gambling activity is permitted. After the cooling off, the user is shown a fixed menu of self exclusion durations. No variations to the preselected time periods are permitted. Confirmation of the chosen period must be sent by electronic notice; if no confirmation is received within 24 hours, the request will not proceed and the account status will be reviewed. During the Self-Exclusion period the account is disabled and deposits or withdrawals are not possible for the entire duration. Upon expiry, the account is automatically re-activated.
You will not be able to create a new account during Self-Exclusion. If a user attempts to register using altered registration details, 777rt cannot be held responsible for any promotional material or activity arising from that action.
Reactivation and Revocation
Requests to revoke a Time-Out or a Self-Exclusion must be made by written or electronic notice. 777rt will consider such requests in its absolute discretion. A revocation may be granted in full or in part or may be refused depending on the circumstances.
Financial Protection of Players
Players may set self-imposed financial limits within the relevant My Account area. If a maximum limit is exceeded, the system will restrict further action related to that limit. After setting a limit or exclusion, revocation requires written or electronic notice. 777rt will assess such requests but may decline them in its sole discretion. 777rt undertakes reasonable steps to prevent promotional material from reaching excluded players; however it cannot be liable for activity conducted via other accounts or altered registration details or for inadvertent promotions sent to the excluded player.
